Chorizo Sausage (5 or 6 links can’t remember)
4 cups Organic low sodium Chicken Broth
Half Chopped Onion
3 Lrg Chopped Organic Celery stalks
1/3 of a 9oz Bag of Spinach
Cut sausage out of casing and tore into pieces and browned in medium saucepan, drained fat and oil
Add and heat to boil; broth, oregano, onion, and celery, once boiling lower heat to simmer and cover for 10 min or until veggies are tender stirring a couple times.
Stir in spinach and simmer 1 to 2 additional minutes continually stirring.
