I love these with a little sea salt and Louisiana Hot Sauce. Something I noticed with one of my eggs is there was a little blood in the yolk. This is perfectly normal and may be an indication that the hen was under stress before laying the egg. No joke. These are a perfect quick breakfast, I will probably make these very often.
