I have been mainly sticking with Paleo with a few rough sugar patches since January. Lately, I have been in a new food rut so committed myself to trying some new recipes – at least a few a week. If they turn out good, I will post about them here.
So, here was dinner last night: Steak and Avocado Salsa
I used the rub posted and made the avocado salsa with rough estimations of the ingredients. Yum. No changes needed.
Yes, paper plate because I was lazy.
And, I made the broccoli salad from the same Everyday Paleo post last week and it is also a winner.
