No breakfast today, needed to sleep instead.
1200: Two chicken breasts, tomatoes, and half an avocado.
1800: My first ‘cheat meal’, it was a schwarma plate with chicken and beef, a small side of fries, and a piece of flatbread. Wasn’t all it’s cracked up to be…. made me miss paleo 🙂
Also snacked on cookies all day since today I could. Those were tasty but everything that was oviously not paleo left me feeling high and dry. Didn’t really like it, so I’ll be definitely sticking with the plan for a good while!!!
