1115: Baked chicken half, broccoli, and half an avocado.
1400: About 1/3 of the stirfry pictured. It had beef, chicken, broccoli, carrots, and shrimp.
1730: 12oz new york steak medum rare (still super rare), veggies, and yes… southwestern egg rolls. only ate a few and didn’t really like them but I paid for them… so this is kind of a cheat, except i didn’t enjoy it 😛
2300: snacked on some dry salami. It’s all i had and was desperate to eat something as you can see by my low cal day.
you lost a day of food somewhere – i think today is day 22…. either that or I ate an extra day’s worth of food 😛
