Day 19, Andyman, January 27

1200: Two chicken breasts, one burger patty, lots of broccoli, half an avocado, bottle of water. Pretty filling!

1645: Smoothie with a banana, an orange, strawberries, blueberries, coconut milk, ice, and fish oil.

1715: Two chicken breasts, some lettuce, and tomato slices.

Between now and the next meal, snacked on a lot of almonds.

0001: 5 eggs over easy, some bacon, and 7 kiwis. 4+ the 3 pictured… they were really good! Almost to the point of overeating but there’s no such thing on the paleo way πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€
