2 Sausage Patties and Banana/Strawberry/Pineapple/Mango/Coconut Milk Smoothie
I found some sausages that only had ingredients I could pronounce 🙂 I cooked those before work and ate them while I was getting ready. Then made a smoothie and drank it on the way to work and at work.

Spaghetti and Meatballs
OK, so it wasn’t real spaghetti but it was still good. Meatball recipe is from here Meatballs
I did not add the honey or the carrots to the meatballs – not needed. They tasted great with the added sausage. Also, I didn’t have 6 hours to cook these in a crock pot so I partially cooked them in some olive oil on the stove and then added them to the sauce to cook the rest of the way. I also made the sauce – would probably add more seasoning next time or maybe cooking the meatballs in them for 6 hours may have added some more….
For the “spaghetti” I used a peeler on a zucchini so that it was in thin strips, dumped it in boiling water for about 1 minute and it was done.
Aaaaaand, I now have a bunch of meatballs for leftovers!!
