Day 18, Andyman, January 26

1130: Two chicken breasts, covered the rest of the plate with broccoli, and half an avocado.

1615: Smoothie with one banana, two oranges, 10 strawberries, 1 cup coconut milk, and fish oil and some ice.

1700: Same thing as 1130, was still just as good 🙂

Rest of the night, snacked on almonds and walnuts.

Today was really good, don’t know why.. must be the paleo foods 😀
