o830: 5 eggs, bacon, and 3 kiwis. I took the mangos home along with a lot of strawberries (for the shakes)
1350: Smoothie after the wod, one banana, one orange, half of a large avocado, 6 strawberries, blueberries, 7 ice cubes, 1 cup coconut milk, and 2tsp fish oil. Came out like yogurt, still super yummy even with a spoon!
1400: Two chicken breasts, half of those sweet potatoes, and half of that avocado. I brought the rest of the yams back home as well as the avocado half and will eat that before I head out tonight. I could taste cinnamon in the yam sauce, even though I scraped most of it off.
1845: Chicken salad with lettuce, tomato, and chicken, and a fruit salad bowl, all at the airport. no picture…
2215: Smoothie with one banana, one orange, half a mango, blueberries, strawberries, 1 cup coconut milk, and ice.
2245: BBQ chicken, sweet potatoes, half an avocado. This one I scraped off all the bbq that I could. Still tasted some (and it was good) but oh well. The avocado makes the meals kick ass!
