0830 Breakfast
Scrambled Eggs and Pineapple and Strawberries


1200 Lunch
Italian sausage and an apple

Sausage was from Whole Foods – very good.

1400 Snack
Turkey Jerky

1600 Snack
Fresh Coconut

1830 Dinner
Grilled Chicken Salad

It is tough sometimes to get a good Paleo meal in a restaurant. I ended up with this grilled chicken salad, no cheese and oil and vinegar for dressing.

2030 Snack
Strawberries and Pineapple

I needed something sweet to eat 🙂
