0700-0800 Breakfast
2 Apple Muffins and a Banana/Pineapple/Mango/Coconut milk Smoothie

I know, not a lot of protein here but didn’t have anything prepped and needed to get to work.

1000 Snack
Turkey Jerky and Almonds

Yes, still finishing that jerky. Seriously thinking about getting a dehydrator and making my own

1230 Lunch
Portabella Mushroom Burger with Walnut Basil Pesto and Grapes

I made an extra burger last night (beef, mushrooms and onions) and topped it with the pesto from the chicken the other night – good combo!

1430 Snack
Celery and Carrots

1830 Dinner
Regular Hamburger, Tomato and Avocado

2030 Snack
Celery and Almond Butter
