Day 7, Andyman, January 15

0630: Half of a super smoothie 5000.

1000: The last half of that super smoothie 5000 🙂

1430: Got a plate of nasty, two chicken breasts, and cauliflower with carrots and peas. Didn’t eat all of it, but did get most of it in.

1830: Two chicken breast with butter, raw broccoli, and black olives. The tomatos are pictured, but I only ate one. Also only ate half the broccoli.

2000: Super smoothie 5000, but with one avocado this time, and 1/4 can of coconut milk and 1/4 bottle of water. This was right on the money 😀
