0800: Well so far I’m still trying to finish this last 2L of milk, and haven’t eaten yet today due to the schedule. I’ll be on it soon enough today…. go sunday go!
1130: Ate some food, but Sunday’s are stir fry days at the dining facility (dfac) and I didn’t want that so I went to the mainline and found roasted pork and cauliflower, and red grapes. The meat was absolutely horrid, I managed two bites and that was it. For some reason it just tasted nasty so I only ate the grapes. Not a good way to start off but I’ll finish my milk today.
So I am also trying to follow basic zone proportions based on the plate and that is about how it should look, although I typically double the protein. Today’s fat will come from roasted hazelnuts and the rest of that milk. Right now it’s 1400 and i’m starving because I hardly ate any of that! Also, I hate to say it but around 1330 I was getting too hungry and lightheaded from being up all night and not eating so I had to eat a couple large sized cookies. Shame shame, but now I don’t feel like I’m going to keel over.
2020: Around 1500 I finished off the 1/5 of the 2L of milk, so that’s gone. Then dinner was stir-fry. You choose the ingredients, and they stir-fry it… mine had chicken, lots of carrots, lots of broccoli, and some pineapple. Instead of the typical sauce though, I just had them pour some butter on it. Yep, I be eatin’ butta!!! The whole thing came out really really good. I’m going to get it again next Sunday… and yes, I ate it all like I always do 🙂 Water was the drink of choice.
I’ll probably get some ‘midnight chow’ after midnight depending on what happens tonight with work. Still snackin’ on the roasted hazelnuts! Day 2 starts tomorrow!! 🙂
